Attorney

Craig E Coombs

Craig's practice emphasizes Elder Law, Guardianship/Conservatorship, Trust and Probate Administration.  In addition to counseling individuals and families he advises professional guardians, conservators, and institutional trustees. The Court has appointed him to act in the capacities of Special Representative, Special Master, Guardian ad Litem, Court Visitor and Estate Administrator. 

 

Craig graduated with honors in finance from the University of Puget Sound where he obtained degrees in Business Administration and Law.  He is licensed to practice law in Washington, Oregon and Idaho.  Martindale-Hubbell has given him a rating of AV Preeminent and he has been selected to Super Lawyers for 2019 - 2026

Cresey Stewart Maher

Cresey has been a lawyer since 1994 assisting clients in the areas of Civil Practice, Guardianship, and Probate. She is admitted to the Washington State Bar.

 

Cresey attended the University of Puget Sound/Seattle University School of Law on a merit scholarship and graduated cum laude with a Juris Doctor.

 

Cresey holds an A.B. in mathematics from Occidental College, where she graduated cum laude and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, Pi Mu Epsilon, Mortar Board and other academic societies.

 

Cresey also ran track and cross country at Occidental and she continues to run today, competing in road races ranging from 5ks to half marathons.
